# Seeing how new members are getting on

The Onboarding page shows how far new members get, from registering to their first exchange.

[Onboarding](/broker/onboarding) shows how new members are getting on. It helps you see where people get stuck, so you can offer help.

## The counters

- Registered: how many people have signed up, compared with last month
- Overall conversion: the share of registered people who reached the last step, Repeat User
- Pending approvals: people waiting for approval
- Biggest drop-off: the step where most people stop

## The Onboarding Funnel

The funnel shows how many members reached each step:

1. Registered
2. Email Verified
3. Profile Complete
4. First Listing
5. First Exchange
6. Repeat User

A big drop between two steps shows where people need help. For example, many people who verify their email but never complete their profile may need a welcome call.

## Registrations Trend

This chart shows new registrations each month for the last six months.

## Pending Approvals

At the bottom is the list of people waiting for approval. Use the three-dot menu on a row to **Approve** them or **View Profile** .
