# Removing comments and reviews

Delete comments that break the rules, and flag, hide or delete member reviews.

## Comments

[Comments](/broker/moderation/comments) lists members' comments across the community.

1. Search with Search Comments or Users... and press Apply.
2. Find the comment.
3. To remove it, press Delete, then Delete Comment to confirm.

The comment is removed for good. The author gets a notification and an email. The email says their comment was removed because it broke the community's standards, and offers a link to contact support. It does not include a reason from you.

## Reviews

If your community uses reviews, [Reviews](/broker/moderation/reviews) lists the reviews members give each other. You can search, or filter by **Rating** .

- Flag: takes the review off public view so it can be looked at. Nobody is notified.
- Hide: takes the review off public view. The member who wrote it is notified.
- Delete: removes the review for good. The member who wrote it is notified.

Each action asks you to confirm first. There is no button to restore a flagged or hidden review, so choose carefully.

You cannot moderate a review you wrote, or a review about you. Ask another broker or an admin.
